We are seeking experienced designers with 5+ years of experience in an agency or consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and have a strong ability to recognize patterns, while also demonstrating excellent synthesis skills. A key responsibility will be applying and creating design patterns to solve complex problems effectively.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create highly effective user-focused experiences and interfaces across a variety of environments (mobile, web apps, dashboards, etc.)
• Create and maintain design documentation including wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
• Collaborate with a wide range of staff members to develop concepts into features during the software development lifecycle
• Create and demonstrate interactive prototypes, and validate designs with product team, stakeholders, and users
• Collaborate with other team members to understand customer needs and interpret them into design elements
• Stay up to date on industry and user experience trends, best practices, and technology and promote them within the larger UX team. 
• Gain familiarity with PayPal and checkout offerings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop and refine the UI toolkit.
• Identify and explore upsell opportunities.
• Take a self-directed approach to design and development tasks.
• Continuously build and enhance design systems and UI components.

Skills:

• Proficient in Figma
• Expert skill in Photoshop and be fluent in Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other creative wireframes 
• A working knowledge of XHTML/CSS.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience 
• Excellent Visual Design skills
• Experience with product design
• Excellent visual design skills

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $69.00/hour-$91.00/hour
