Location/Schedule:

Remote, USA - EST hours Preferred. PART TIME (20 hours per week)

Description:

Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. May be responsible for cross-functional teams. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Combination of problem solving and chasing down others to do their work. 
• Organizing and getting people to align on decisions. Holding people accountable – ad hoc work, getting approvals from compliance, legal, business leaders, submitting tickets, frequent stand-ups with cross-functional teams. Leading task force meetings, following up with people to get tasks completed.  
• Need someone with critical thinking skills – ‘unknowns’ will come up where nobody has a solution, think about “what is the current objective” to solve for issues.  
• Need to have drive to chase down certain information, that may require multiple calls to track down who has the information and figure out who they can get the correct answers from.
• May need to get on a call early or late depending on global team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organization skills and being able to condense information into clear takeaways & drive towards outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills
• Project Management Experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience 
• Payments experience (nice to have)
• Data analytics background with an understanding of large dataset analytics using SQL and Python (nice to have)

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $67/hour - $89/hour
